Your return or exchange must meet the following criteria:
- The item(s) must be in brand new, unused condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Apparel must be in unwashed and unworn condition.
- There can be no pet hair, glitter, stains, odors, or other product damage.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 90 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be received at FOURSEAZONS facility within 30 days of the return authorization.
- If you received your LIMS items as a gift, we gladly accept Gift Exchanges with valid proof of purchase from fourseazonsinfo@gmail.com
- Please note that all sales are final on ALL Items. Returns on these items are not accepted.
- Qualified exchanges will be processed free of charge, except for original shipping costs.
- Returns for a refund to the original payment method will incur a small return shipping charge.
- Shipping costs associated with the original order are non-refundable and all returns and exchanges are less any shipping cost paid on the original order.
- We must receive the returned product in our hands before a refund is processed.
